Frequency in Continuous & Categorical Data:Tally Marks| Bar Graph vs. Histogram(Class Interval)| IMO

Frequency in Continuous & Categorical Data:Tally Marks| Bar Graph vs. Histogram(Class Interval)| IMO In this video Mayank explains the difference between categorical and continuous numeric data. We also learn to find a common statistic of frequency from both types of data.

Tally Marks for Counting Frequency
=============================
We use the tally marks to count the categorical data. We divide the continuous data into class intervals and then count the frequency in the class intervals.

Bar Chart vs. Histogram
===================
Finally we look at graphs which can be used to represent the frequency of categorical and continuous data. We use bar chart in case of categorical data, for continuous data we use histogram to represent the frequency.
