Another Video Streaming Option - Shotgun Mics

So I am doing a quick follow up video talking about another mic option for streaming, the shotgun mic. Shotgun mics are very versatile and work great for video production. In fact, they're probably the most common mic for video and film shoots. One of the most ubiquitous shotgun mics out now is the Rode VideoMic. This is just one of many mics that have been created to work with mirrorless cameras like my A6300. They have 1/8" jack outputs, are battery power so they don't need phantom power, and usually have a good deal of audio settings built into the mic including polarization pattern, +10/20 db or maybe even a damper, and work well under lots of conditions. Many also have a 3/8" and hotshoe attachment so you can use tripods and camera mounts depending on your needs.
