There are 2 ways people cope with anxiety: Which one are you? Yesterday, I posted a video while having an anxiety attack and described the steps I took to ground myself. I was blown away by the number of you who responded! You asked so many questions, I made this video for you this morning to unpack the topic of anxiety a little further.


Anxiety is a patterned response to uncertainty. When you feel anxious, you will cope with it in one of two ways: over-functioning or under-functioning. Understanding your coping patterns will help you recognize them when they take over, and allow you to change for the better.
