Hazelnut cream brioche loaf: a sweet treat perfect anytime! INGREDIENTS

For pot 25x10 cm:

• 500g / 3 cups flour

• 250ml / 8.8oz of milk

• 1 egg

• 80g / 0.5 cup sugar

• 8g yeast

• 60ml / 2.1oz vegetable oil

• Hazelnut cream

• coconut chips

 

METHOD



Mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise.

Not cut the dough fully into 3 parts. Put Nutella in each piece. Weave.

Put brioche in a greased butter mold. Grease brioche with butter. Let it rise within an hour.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.

Grease the top of the brioche with apricot jam, decorate with Nutella and coconut.
