Covid-19 and America the Beautiful: An Observation

In this video I make a controversial observation of some of the American people's actions against COVID-19 the novel coronavirus. We know the American government has a responsibility to keep it's constituents safe from all things foreign and domestic, but what of the American people? What responsibility do we have and are we holding up to it? Are consipracy theories hindering recovery? Are the pranks done by social media influencers from YouTube and Instagram highlighting the lack of seriousness we should be taking?
