Beta Branch v1.3 (Sturgia REBORN) Patch Recap for Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord

v1.2 has moved to the live branch, and v1.3 has launched on the beta branch and IT - IS - HUGE. Sturgia has gotten a much needed stats rebalance, with shield improvements across the board. Cultural benefits are finally activated, and there were a number of performance and texture improvements to the game, making for an overall better experience.
