WHO DESTROYED THE AGENCY AND MADE THE HUGE TSUNAMI???

Going back to season 2 to see the destruction at The Agency and the new Tsunami storm!!! Its one of these days that I can't play at all... I'm getting clapped and the storm is FAKE!!! Tsunami has fish, but I can't catch them. Tsunami also broke my Choppa and the Boat!!! Its a broken Tsunami :(
