If you are getting "Payment Status Not Available" that just means that the IRS is still processing your payment, it does not mean that you are not eligible.

NON-FILERS TOOL:
The second thing is regarding whether you need to use the non-filers tool or not. If you receive SSI, SSDI, Social Security Retirement or Survivors, VA, or Railroad Retirement benefits, you do not NEED to use the non-filers tool.

Recently however, I have been getting comments from a few people that have spoken with the IRS and they told them to go ahead and use the non-filers tool. As long as you aren't required to file taxes, you can use it.

DID NOT GET MY CHILD CREDIT:
If you already received your $1200 stimulus payment, but did not receive the extra $500 for your child dependents, unfortunately, the IRS has said that you will need to file taxes in 2021 for the 2020 tax year to claim the missing $500 for each child. This is really unfortunate

FILED TAXES IN 2018 and 2019 - NO STIMULUS CHECK STILL:
If you filed taxes in 2018 and 2019, you do not need to do anything to receive your stimulus payment. The IRS has your information. If you did not receive a tax return, then the IRS will mail you a paper check or an EIP debit card based on the paper check mailing dates. If you did receive a tax return, then they will send your stimulus payment in the same manner you received your tax return.

Additionally, since you filed in 2019, the IRS will need to process that tax return first, then will they begin to process your stimulus payment. It will come, but they IRS is sure taking their time in sending them out.
