How to bake a beautiful bread loaf in a cast iron pan

How to bake a beautiful bread loaf in a cast iron pan In this video I show you step by step how to create this beautiful loaf of bread that's just as perfect as at the one from the bakery !!
Please do not hesitate to share your beautiful creation with me, it would totally warm my heart !!!

Cast iron pan Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:
20g Fresh yeast (you can also use 7g dry yeast)
300g Water (use Lukewarm water ~37 degrees if you're not using a Thermomix)
500g Baker's flour
5g Salt

I'm using the Thermomix to make the bread dough, if you don't have one, you can use your kitchen robot with the knead attachment or your hands if you wish to as all methods work.

1. Put the 20g fresh yeast in the Thermomix bowl along with the 300g if water and set it to 2mins/37°/speed2. If using the kitchen robot, mix the lukewarm water with the yeast in a recipient and mix until it's all combined.
2. Add the 500g of flour first then the 5g of salt in the Thermomix bowl and set for 8mins/dough. If using a robot, place flower in the bowl, add the salt and the mix of yeast/water and knead until you obtain a smooth dough.
3. Put the dough to rise in a big salad bowl covered with a cling film and let it rise in the oven (turned off) with a bowl of boiling water next to it, close the oven door and let it rise for 1h 30 minutes.
4. Put some flour on the workbench and work the dough (see video) to take the air out and form a nice ball, then put it in a cast iron pan.
5. Put it in the oven (turned off) with a bowl of bowling water next to it and let it rise for 30 mins.
6. Once the 30 minutes are up, take the cast iron pan out, score the bread first with a very sharp knife or a scorer if you have one, then wet the bread. Sprinkle a bit of flour over it if you like.
7. Put the cast iron pan back in the oven with the lid on (without the bowl of boiling water next to it !!) Then turn the oven to 240° fan forced and leave it to cook for 50 minutes.
8. Take it out of the oven and be nicely surprised !!
9. Bon appetit !!
