In a world of forced happiness, it almost feels like that the importance of letting negative feelings go in a healthy way is often overlooked. Mental health is more than just about being happy 24/7. It's important to know who you are and how you handle things. Lockdown mental health is just as important, if not even more important than mental health during "normal" times. The mental health impact of quarantine is important to take into account and to be able to look at yourself and your life objectively to be able to know what you can improve, even if it's only the minor things. These are just some of my thoughts living an expat life in Italy
