Individuals obstructing duty faces stern action

Stern action will be taken under Section 186 of the Penal Code for obstructing a public servant from discharging his public functions for individuals refusing to cooperate with medical staff like what has been happening at quarantine centres nationwide.

The punishment under this section is imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to ten thousand ringgit or both.
