Love is a frequency. Feel it. Do you feel a light or a heavy kind of sensation when you intend to feel the feeling of love?
A lot of people spend a lot of time feeling the heavy version of love, the version centered around longing, jealousy and yearning. Disconnection from love by one partner brings out yearning and heavy energies in the other.
How about all of us tuning into the LIGHT frequency of love?
In the light frequency of love, there is only compassion when our love is not returned, not heartbreak.
