'Completely untrue': S Iswaran on rumours that Singapore would go into lockdown, declare DORSCON Red

Minister for Communications and Information S Iswaran on Thursday (Mar 26) refuted rumours that Singapore authorities were going to declare DORSCON Red, go into lockdown, or scale back bus and MRT services.
